What happens next. We reply to arrange a convenient time. One of our surveyors visits the property, carries out a brief survey and gives you an honest view on what the building will allow and on what your borough is likely to approve. We then prepare a cost proposal broken down in stages.

If you already have drawings, a structural design or a planning consent, attach them at step two — it changes what we need to look at, and usually saves a visit’s worth of questions.
