Houses worthliving in afterwards.
Braymere builds extensions, alters structure and refurbishes London houses — and finishes them to a standard you will still be pleased with in ten years.
Six trades, one contract, nobody to blame but us.
Most of the difficulty in building work on an occupied London house is not any single trade. It is the joins between them — the week the steel goes in and the plasterer is booked, the point at which the kitchen supplier needs a wall that is not built yet, the moment a structural decision quietly makes a drainage problem three months later.
We hold all of it under one contract, with our own structural teams and one project manager who has the whole programme in their head. That is the service. The photographs are what it produces.
The back of a London house is the part worth changing.
A rear or side-return extension widens the plan, opens it to the garden and puts daylight into the middle of it — the one part of a terrace no window can reach.

Five houses, finished.
Each of these is a London home someone moved back into. The photographs are of the completed work — and we can usually arrange for you to visit one.
From a single steel to the whole house.
Take a project end to end, or bring us in for the stage that needs a specialist. Most clients start with a conversation about what the building will allow.

Structure and finishing together
One contract covers the steel and the skirting. No gap for a defect to fall into.
Our own structural teams
Directly employed rather than subcontracted, so the standard does not change with the week.
Design and engineering in house
Available if you want it. Entirely optional if you already have a team you like.
Priced in legible stages
Preliminaries, structure, services, joinery, finishes and fees — each item separately, not one number.
Nine stages, in this order, every time.
From the first free site visit through design, planning and party wall to structural works, finishing and handover. You will know what is happening in which week.

Whether you have drawings and a consent or nothing more than a rough idea, the next step is the same: a visit, an honest view on what the building will allow, and a proposal broken down in stages. There is no charge for the visit.
