About Braymere
Braymere is a residential construction company working on houses in central and south-west London.

We build extensions, alter structure, reconfigure plans and refurbish houses from the front door to the top floor — and we finish them, which is the part most clients are really buying.
The work sits at a particular scale. Large enough that it needs a proper programme, a structural engineer, Building Control and a site manager; small enough that the director knows every project and you are never more than one call from someone who can make a decision. Most of it is for people who intend to keep living in the house afterwards.
We take projects from the first site visit through to handover, and we can carry the design and engineering as well if you would rather not assemble a team yourself. Equally, if you already have an architect, an engineer and a consent, we are happy to be the contractor and nothing more.
What carries between projects is not a brand but a way of running a site: the same management, the same sequencing, the same standard of finish. The company is new; the way it builds is not.

One contractor, start to finish
Structure and finishing under the same contract, so there is no handover point at which two trades can each explain why a defect belongs to the other.
Managed, not just booked
Specialist trades are coordinated by our own site management rather than left to sort the sequence out between themselves on the day.
Resolved before it is built
Layout, structure, services and finishes are settled on paper first. It is the cheapest place in the whole project to change your mind.
One point of contact
The same project manager runs the job from the first site visit to handover, working directly with you or with your designer.

Most of our work is for people who intend to keep living in the house afterwards, which sets the standard for everything: the sequencing, the state of the site, the relationship with the neighbours, and what the rooms are actually like once the scaffold is gone.
We also work as contractor to architects and to developers on residential schemes, where the design is already resolved and what is needed is a team that can build to it and finish it properly.
